Once you've selected your plan, you'll move to payment.
Step 2: Set Up Payment
Lock in your package and complete your purchase securely.
Billing Info Required:
All fields are mandatory for invoice and compliance:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Street address & number
- City
- ZIP Code
- Country/Region

2. Wire Transfer
- We’ll provide full bank details after you choose this option
- After making your wire transfer (offline), upload the payment proof (e.g., transfer slip or wallet screenshot) on the quotation page to confirm.
Step 3: Submit Setup Materials
Now that you’ve completed payment and received confirmation of your sales order and invoice by email, it’s time to set up your app.
Submit the Setup Form:
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Company name
- Business Registration (BR) copy
- Branded app name
- Logo (high-res: 1000 x 1000px , PNG)
- App icon (1024 x 1024px , PNG)
- Domain name
If you need to revise the setup form after submission, you can either contact your account manager or send us email to [email protected] for the revised information.
Step 4: Prepare for Launch on App Store
If you have created an Apple or Google Play developer account for launching the app on the App Store or Google Play, you can invite us to help with the app launch. If not, you can skip this step and proceed to step 5.
Complete the App Listing Form :
(This step unlocks only after the Setup Form is submitted)
- Follow the on-page guide to invite our team to your developer account
- Enter your Registered Name or Company Name (Google Play or Apple)
- Press "Submit" and everything is done!
This gives us access to handle the publishing process for your branded app. The final approval for listing on Google Play or the Apple Store is subject to the respective platform's review process.

Step 5: User Acceptance Testing
System & Hardware Requirements:
While we prepare your UAT app, you can start setting up the hardware environment needed to run and test your system.
For full hardware and system requirements, please refer to the System Requirements on our website.
UAT Build Delivery:
Once setup form is submitted with accurate required information:
- You’ll receive your APK file in around 3 working days
- An email will be sent to you and let you know it’s ready for testing
- Follow the installation guide to set up your servers and activate the license key

Step 6: Service Activation
Once your license is activated and no issues are reported during the 3-day testing period, we will begin billing for your chosen service package. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your billing start date and billing period for reference.
